Smoking In A Non-Smoking Room: All of Our Rooms Are 100% Smoke-Free, No Smoking In Rooms.
Failure to respect this policy and smoking in your room will result in a minimum charge of $300.00 for dry cleaning and loss of use of the room.
Damage:
We accept accidents can happen and are used to dealing with these situations with good humor. If you do have an accident please let us know at once as it is much easier and often less expensive to deal with spillages etc straight away. Damage that has been concealed or found after departure will be charged at cost of repair plus any loss of income from room rental if applicable.

*A room reservation constitutes a two-way contract between The Knoll Motel,Inc. in Barre, Vermont and You.
You shall be responsible for the full amount of your room reservation;
with our cancellation policies stated below.
*It assures that your Accommodations shall be kept available for you on the scheduled arrival dates indicated,
it assures you that we shall not rent "your" room(s) to anyone else for the dates indicated.
*The Rates are per room, based on single or double occupancy.
*The Rates do not include The Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax of 9 %; which shall be added.
*If a reservation is cancelled or altered and received within the period of 15 Days
(*30 Days during The Fall Foliage/Special Events & Holiday Periods*)
prior to the scheduled arrival date,
a fee of one night's room rate and tax shall be charged to the credit card provided
and shall also be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
*Guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date,
are subject to a fee equal to the departure night's room rate and tax and
shall be charged a 25% cancellation fee on the remaining nights
which shall be deducted from the refund.
(75% of the remaining nights shall be refunded.)
